James Swaenepoel was born on October 25, 1966. After finishing school he joined his father's company who taught him the corners of the business.

In 1984 the company TRS was bought and some years later James continued his fathers company.

James' mentor is Manabu Ogata. Ogatasan is world famous for breeding and growing Koi in Japan, Manabu Ogata is seen as one of the most promoted and succesful Koi farms across the globe.

It is no secret that Manabu and James are hand and glove together. TRS has been a European agent for the Ogata Koi farm for 10 years and has sold many thousands of Koi in Belgium, Holland, France and Germany.

In 2000, TRS reorganised the company. Before, James invented the famous filter systems wich are sold today in the better stores. Soon, TRS is ready for a new challenge... Keep an eye on our news section !
